We aim to contact all new referrals by the next working day at the latest and will contact the client directly to arrange a consultation with one of our oncologists. We aim to see all patients within two to three weeks of receiving your referral but this may be extended during busy times. Please indicate on the form if your case is urgent or call us for emergency cases.
If you wish to refer your pet directly, please contact us on 01484 242911, to complete the process with our reception team. Please be advised that you must provide consent for your primary care practice to share this information with us so we can request any history and results needed to understand the patients case.
